You never really chose the role or field you’re in.

You got here by falling into job after job (and maybe every job you’ve ever had?) and following the path of least resistance.

Now you’re feeling uninspired, unfulfilled and/or crushed by your ill-fitting job and you don’t know what would actually make you happy at work.

Staying in an ill-fitting role for too long is soul crushing.

Maybe you’ve made some changes but you’re still unfulfilled with every move you’ve made.

Or maybe your options seem infinite and you don’t even know where to start. You’re paralyzed with indecision and don’t want to make a move unless you can figure out why you’re so unfulfilled in your current job.

How do you make a decision with confidence? How do you make choices that will set you up for a long-term career and not just your next job?

Let me take a guess that you are apathetic about work (at best) and it's leaking into the rest of your life. You may still be ruminating about or second-guessing past career decisions.

Instead of pouring your energy into fruitless job searching or going round in circles and never taking any action, give your energy to a rigorous exploration of what you need out a job so you can FINALLY find a job that fits.

At my personal career rock bottom, both my manager and a colleague called me out on how unhappy I was. It was… highly unpleasant… but ultimately the kick in the butt I needed.

The problem was, I was hyper-focused on all the negative parts of my job, when really, I needed to understand why my current role wasn't a good fit for me and learn about myself to understand what would be a good fit.

So now I'm here to help you do the same because you can’t contribute to this world in any way if you’re crushed by an ill-fitting job, and we need you.

DO ANY OF THESE SOUND FAMILIAR?

  • You’re unhappy with where you are currently (especially when all your friends are so accomplished and have everything figured out!) and either feel like you should be further ahead or fear having to start over if you need to completely change your industry.

  • You don’t feel positive at work which is completely misaligned from your identity and how you want to be in the world. You’ve lost your drive and your spark and you just don’t care anymore.

  • You’re nervous about making a move without being able to identify what the problem is and why you’re so unhappy, otherwise you’ll just carry the problem with you wherever you go.

  • You’ve landed your dream job… but even there - at what you consider the top - you’re unsatisfied.

  • You’re overwhelmed by the message that “anything is possible!”, what you need is a way to weed away options and narrow the field.

  • You’re clueless about what you’re doing with your life.

Maybe you’ve tried quitting. Maybe you’ve tried caring less. Maybe you’ve tried lowering your expectations for your job. And nothing has worked.

AFTER 5 WEEKS TOGETHER YOU'LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Be in charge of your career choices and not let life and career happen to you.

  • Make concrete progress towards your next step (get out of just thinking and into doing).

  • Gain clarity on your career goals.

  • Find direction and feel like you’re going somewhere with purpose.

  • Build a framework to make choices that feel good to you and use it to assess opportunities.

  • Confidently convey what your strengths are and what makes you feel happy, fulfilled and rewarded at work.

  • Assess your job for what it is instead of thinking the grass is always greener.

  • Understand what you need from a work environment instead of just following the shiny job.

  • Make decisions with no. second. guessing.

  • Find a renewed passion, energy and interest in your work.

I was bored, undervalued at my job and having difficulty finding a new one or knowing what a career might look like for me. Now I’ve got more clarity on the types of roles that might fit me and tools to learn more about myself. It was way more/better than what I could have hoped for. If you’re on the fence, you’re wasting your time....just freaking do it. It will 100% help you even if you aren’t looking for a job or pursuing a career change.

For the first time I feel like I can say I enjoy aspects of my work and can focus on them as much as possible. Nothing has changed at my company, but how I react has. I explain things calmly and respectfully and am firm and for the first time I feel I am beginning to get the outcomes I have wanted.

Lindsay was awesome to work with! She pulled insecurities out, framed realistic views and shared loads of knowledge and helpful information. She got me out of a state of inertia and engaged. I have my confidence back.

Time with Lindsay is well spent. I’m glad I enrolled when I did. I went from feeling exhausted and not motivated all the time to feeling reinvigorated, so much so I’ve become a force of nature.
